Electronic Router Lift Kit

$185.00
sold out

This kit comes with everything needed to put together the electronic control for a router lift. This kit also includes the step-by-step PDF build plans.

For a video explaining the build click here.

The following is included:

  • Arduino Nano and breakout board (will come pre-programmed)

  • Buttons, rocker switch, toggle switch, limit switches, and rotary encoder

  • NEMA 23 stepper motor, driver, flex coupling, and motor mount

  • DC-DC converter (will come adjusted to 5v on output)

  • Electronics enclosure (with lid holes for buttons/switches)

  • Hardware and magnets for touch probe

  • 3D printed parts for limit switch mounting and push-button bump guard

  • 12v wall transformer

  • Prewired LED

  • 3/16" hex wrench

  • All wiring needed for assembly

  • PDF step-by-step build plans

For more information on this, check out the build article here.

The mechanical lifting hardware is not included. This has been tested on the Router Raizer router lift add-on for plunge-base routers but with some creativity it should be able to be added to many other types of router lifts as well.

Some tool will be needed for assembly including a soldering iron, solder, flux, hot glue, wire strippers, screwdriver, drill, and a multimeter is recommended.

(Free shipping to the continental United States)
